MJM Holdings acquires majority stake in Attis Broker

MJM Holdings (“MJM”), a portfolio company of Posella Limited (“Posella”), announced today that it has acquired a controlling stake in Attis Broker, a leading player in the Polish B2B brokerage market. The transaction is a key milestone in MJM’s strategy to become a top 5 player in the Polish insurance brokerage market by 2021. MJM is led by Mr. Marcin Ślotała, one of Poland’s most successful insurance entrepreneurs. Posella Limited has held a 35% stake in MJM since march 2018.
